Organizational Development Manager
Mayya Bower is an Organizational Development Manager who partners with all levels of the organization to create positive outcomes on the most impactful aspect of the organization: the people. She is passionate about strong partnerships, employee engagement, and cultural change. Her programs and processes are purposeful and link back to the organizational objectives.
Before NCM, Mayya has served in a variety of Human Resources roles for over a decade in various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, financial, and transportation. She has her Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-Certified Professional certifications, and she holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City as well as a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Outside of work, Mayya enjoys attending local events and exploring restaurants around town with friends and family.
