Justine Russell

Manager, Operations & Client Services

Justine is a support staff manager who is responsible for leading the client services and meeting coordinators who assist in guaranteeing a positive 20 Group experience for each client. Justine knows from her extensive history in the customer service and administrative fields that it takes a team of experts to provide our clients with the items they have not yet thought of.

Justine has always had a love for things that were neat and orderly. She combined her love for a tightly run office with her love of helping people grow personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband and four active children. Many of their weekends are spent traveling to gymnastics meets, volleyball tournaments, and symphonic band concerts.
