Melissa is the NCMi Administrative Manager. Before moving to this role she worked as a client services and meeting coordinator to plan and execute 20 Group meetings and in-dealership meetings.

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in executive administrative work and customer service. Melissa holds an Associates of Arts in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
