Client Engagement Specialist I
John is a client engagement specialist for axcessa, who works with NCM clients to help create proactive action plans for improvement. John brings over 40 years of automotive retail sales and management experience, including 8+ years as a CRM trainer with Cox Automotive & VinSolutions. In this role, John was a seasoned traveler, where he spent 47+ weeks of the year helping automotive dealers across the United States.
John is a proud father of a son and two daughters, as well as a proud grandfather of two grandsons, two granddaughters, and one great-granddaughter. John and his family have a strong military background in all five of the military branches. Both he, his son, his daughter, and his daughter in law being Veterans of the United States Marine Corps. He also has a granddaughter in the Coast Guard. John also has a passion for motorcycle riding, having 40+ years of Harley Davidsons rides under his belt (and counting)!
