Client Engagement Specialist I
Kayla began her career with NCM in April 2015 as a client services and meeting coordinator where she supported NCM 20 Groups and the training division. She was promoted to the Software Solutions team in June 2018 as a client engagement specialist and is excited to work with axcessa clients. She is committed to eliminate pain points in dealerships through data innovation and first-class customer service. Kayla believes this produces great business relationships, but also makes the relationships more fun and personable in this challenging industry.
Kayla enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and supporting the Kansas City Chiefs football team! She keeps very busy as a wife, a dog mom, and owner/operator of two small businesses, all on top of her full-time job at NCM!
