Client Engagement Specialist II
Rick is a client engagement specialist who works with NCM clients to create action plans for improvement. Rick believes that NCM's approach to customer satisfaction through informed interaction is a major key to joint success. He has used education as the catalyst for process improvement and efficiency for several Fortune 500 corporations and is focused on gathering information to create awareness of potential growth opportunities.
Rick has expertise and training experience in process improvement and implementation for a wide variety of industries including retail and B2B sales, IT, and transportation management.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Adult Education/Training and Human Resource Development from Auburn University. He enjoys gardening at home, fishing in the wonderful rivers of Utah, and working with his dog, Darby, to earn therapy animal status.
