NCM Associates to Team with Greg Goebel Consulting to Offer Special Finance Training for Automotive Dealerships

NCM Associates is expanding its educational programming for automotive dealerships with Mastering Special Finance. The two-day class features special finance expert, Greg Goebel of Greg Goebel Consulting and Training. NCM Institute is sponsoring Goebel’s training program, designed specifically for NCM’s franchised dealer clients who offer special financing options to their customers. Goebel is including a custom inventory review and finance company analysis for every dealership participating in the training program.

NCM Associates Brent Carmichael to Address the Top Five BHPH Mistakes at Innovate 2012

NCM Associates Executive Conference Moderator and Buy Here, Pay Here (BHPH) industry specialist, Brent Carmichael, will be presenting “The Five Biggest Mistakes in Buy Here, Pay Here” at the AutoStar Solutions Innovate 2012 user conference on September 17th. A BHPH industry veteran, Carmichael has also worked in sub-prime finance and collections. He currently moderates six BHPH 20 groups and is the lead instructor for the NCM Institute’s BHPH training programs, “Sell More, Profit More” and “Collect the Cash, Not the Cars.”

AutoStar Solutions Announces Free Software and Training at Innovate 2012 Preview Day Event

NCM Associates will be attending the 2012 Innovate Convention with Brent Carmichael presenting "The Five Biggest Mistakes in Buy Here, Pay Here." Additionally, AutoStar Solutions has announced the Innovate 2012 Preview Day, a free one-day event that will take place September 16th at the Worthington Renaissance Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. The event will include training in compliance, accounting, collections, and technology, as well as a Q&A session, refreshments, and an open bar. To further commemorate this event, the first 100 registered attendees will receive a year of AutoStar’s dealership software, Fusion Ignite, free of charge.

NCM Associates and Automotive Internet Management Team to Provide Internet Sales and E-commerce Management Training to Auto Dealers

NCM Associates is expanding its educational programming for automotive dealerships through its sponsorship of Bridging the Internet Sales Gap. The two-day class is presented by Automotive Internet Management, a consulting and training service provider working with automotive dealerships to build, train and manage their Internet sales operations. AIM has helped auto dealers improve their Internet businesses for over nine years by way of AIM’s program that emphasizes structured processes combined with accountability. Participants will learn proper CRM data organization, proper contact patterns with leads, manager involvement measurement, and best digital marketing practices they can apply to their e-commerce environments to realize additional sales immediately.

NCM Associates to Host an Open House for Auto Dealers Attending The NAMAD 2012 Member Conference in Las Vegas This Month

NCM is hosting a reception in advance of their presentation, “What Your Financial Statement ISN’T Telling You” to help the attending NAMAD member-dealers find out more about NCM Associates and their profitability-focused programs for automobile dealerships. NCM is already providing structured services to assist many minority-owned dealerships improve their operating performance through the General Motors Minority Dealer Development Program. “The open house gives us an opportunity to engage with those attending dealers who are not yet familiar with NCM to find out what’s happening in their dealerships and explain our strengths and experience working with minority dealers today,” said Robin Cunningham, instructor for the NCM Institute. Cunningham and Brandiss Warren, NCM Institute administrative manager, will host the event.

NCM Associates Adds New Associates to Meet Increasing Demand for Auto Dealer Consulting and Management Training Services

NCM Associates today announced it has hired three new associates to serve its retail automotive clientele. Larry Beasley and Richard Ackman have joined the company as retail coaches for the Retail Operations Consulting division under Paul Stowe. Alvin Dvorak has joined the faculty of the NCM Institute Center for Automotive Retail Excellence as an instructor reporting to Garry House. The three newest NCM associates all have deep retail automotive management experience. They join NCM as the company is embarking upon several new consulting projects and expanding its training programs.

NCM Associates Announces Formation of Ten New 20 Groups for Franchised Auto Dealers; Two Launch in June

NCM Associates, announced the launch of ten new Dealer 20 Groups for franchised auto dealers. Two of which will launch in June: a Kia 20 Group will launch June 14-15 at the NCM corporate offices in Overland Park, KS; and a Western Ford 20 Group will launch in Irvine, CA, June 14-15. Five new groups will be holding organization meetings later this summer, while three new groups were formed earlier this year: a Mega Dealer 20 Group; a Honda Dealer 20 Group; and a general franchise General Sales Manager 20 Group.

NCM Associates Announces First Graduating Class of Year-Long General Management Executive Program for Franchised Auto Dealers

Excited to be among the first to graduate, student Tarik Shapli from Audi Wynnewood stated, “This course provides a great overview of a General Manager’s area of responsibility, and then backs it up with a lot of detail regarding the measurement, performance and improvement of each department.” Graduating student Michael Tourtillott of Sisbarro Autoworld agreed stating, “If you’re going to start the journey of management, this is the perfect map to follow.”
