Develop and Train to Retain Your Best
Develop and Train to Retain Your Best

F&I Management

While other F&I schools teach the soft skills behind menu presentations, leaving you to struggle on your own to learn the basics, F&I Management training from NCMi provides the strong foundation F&I managers need to run an efficient office that maximizes profits, reduces errors, speeds up funding, and, most importantly, sells more cars.

At the Institute, we'll address such F&I pain points as: the lack of training on leasing and leasing contracts, deal structures and bank approvals, and contract-in-transit (CIT) tracking, all of which can reduce funding delays and increase opportunities to sell cars. We'll help you develop a store-wide, best practices culture in sales and F&I that you can be proud of—and boost your overall profits without tearing down your hard-earned reputation.

With not having any F&I experience, I was excited to learn about all aspects. Everything was covered from the legal side of things to menu selling.
