Andrew Sparks

Help Desk/Network Specialist

Andrew is a help desk and network specialist who assists employees and clients with network and hardware issues. He not only physically assists users, but also educates them on the issues. Andrew knows that not everyone has a technical understanding of computers and he's more than willing to help fill in any knowledge gaps.

Andrew is MTA, A+, and Security+ certified, and completed Centriq’s Network System Administrator Training. He was awarded the “No Student Left Behind” award three times due to his dedication to help his classmates understand the material and pass their certifications. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Quincy University and enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. When he’s not spending time with his family, he likes to build computers and play video games.
